Sometimes you find that deleting photos from your electronic devices can be a more difficult task then you anticipate. This guide can help you get them off the most common devices you own easily and quickly.

For photos that are on your computer, you will need to figure out where the photos are. Most often they will be in a folder called "my documents". This is easily found by clicking on start menu, going to documents and finally to my documents. Once you have my documents open, the photos you want to be removed should be available for you to select.

From there you will select the photo that you wish to delete, click on it once and then right click and select delete. While this sounds complicated, a few practice clicks will give you practice to be able to do this like a pro. Although it won't remove every trace of the photo, so don't rely on this technique if you never want anyone to see that picture again.

To permanently remove the photos, exit out of "my document" with the red X. In the upper right corner, then go to your desktop which is the main page you see when you turn your computer on. Find the trash can here, then once again right click to open up another menu and select empty the recycle bin there. The steps that have been outlined will also work for other removable media sources, such as memory sticks from and IMs and emails.

If you're trying to remove them from a camera copy review those on the device and press the delete button and confirmed that you do you want to delete the picture. This will permanently remove them from that camera. You can also attach the Cambridge your computer and remove them with the steps already outlined.

Deleting photos can help to save room on your hard drive and is a simple process. In just a few clicks of your mouse you can remove these quickly. Deleting them from your camera's memory card is important to make sure that your photos aren't used unscrupulously by others.
