These days, photography is already considered as a fine art, as a matter of fact it is slowly making its way into the industry of interior design. If you are a keen observer, you must have seen that in most contemporary homes nowadays, photos replaced the usual paintings on the walls. If truth be told, a modern interior designer would use pictures rather than the old school wall paintings. But still, client instructions are considered needless to say.

The use of photos is quite popular in Malaysia interior design. As most of Malaysian living spaces and condos are quite small and spaces are scarce, photos can actually add that air of style for residence and condo interior design. In Interior Design Malaysia, photos can even add depth and the illusion of additional space.

Picture a empty and bare white wall. It's just plain nothingness. Imagine if the interior designer would include a huge picture of a white marble hallway? Can you imagine the difference? Pictures with contrasting colours can break dull lines. For instance, adding artful photos of a toy store in a kid's room or if you wish to make the an illusion of a higher ceiling for your bedroom request a photograph of a spiral stairs taken from the bottom up.

One reason why photos are hot in interior design is that it can be fairly simple to personalise. Despite the fact that some might argue that paintings can be customised too, paintings are way much expensive than photographs. Additionally, there are various ways of how photos can improve the interiors of living spaces.

If you think photography is merely utilised as home accessories in interior design, you are wrong. In reality, photography is the main media applied to promote this business enterprise. With no photos, the details of a interior desinger's work will not be captured and marketed to the market. Thus, it's safe to say that without the fine art of photography, the success of interior design industry is hardly sought.
